STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our official LINE or inquiry form.
Don't worry if you don't have a firm idea yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide a more concrete proposal smoothly.
"Something like this," or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic"—even rough ideas are perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it down to the smallest detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo of the completed setup.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the arrangement.
