[Order Process]
STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's okay if you don't have a firm idea yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide a concrete proposal more smoothly.
Even a rough idea like "this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's style" is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the removal of the stand.
