STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and an estimate.
We can also handle completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We craft every detail carefully to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
