Now Hiring: Flower Stand Production Staff to Bring Life to Concerts, Stage Shows, and Events

HANA GARDEN TOKYO is a floral brand specializing in custom flower stands and spatial decorations for concerts, stage performances, idol events, and corporate functions.

Focusing primarily on artificial flowers, we create unique arrangements tailored to each customer’s vision and concept.

Because every flower stand features a unique design, this role allows you to experience the joy of craftsmanship while utilizing your knowledge of flowers and sense of color.

We are also involved in spatial design using flowers, including photo spots, event decor, exhibition displays, and production sets for photoshoots.

② Flower Stand (Floral Arrangement) Collection Driver

[Job Description]
・Collection of flower stands and decorative materials
・Unloading after collection and light tidying work

[Work Features]
・Shifts are generally 2–3 hours per day
・Primarily nighttime hours following concerts and events (approx. 19:00–22:00)
・Short work hours; side jobs and moonlighting are welcome

・Input and management of order information
・Customer support via email/LINE (generally no phone support)
・Simple document creation and data organization
・Internal support tasks related to production and delivery
・Assisting with office supply management and shipping tasks
*Those with a standard driver's license may be asked to assist with deliveries or pickups.
