This example assumes only the name plate is included with no lettering, and that there are no additional fees for early morning delivery, late-night collection, priority production, or extended installation periods. If you add one line of lettering to the above product, an additional 1,100 JPY is added, making the total under the same conditions 31,900 JPY (tax included). Adding a data-submitted panel costs an additional 3,300 JPY. If you add both, please account for those costs in your total.

Additional costs based on delivery region and time
For specific venues subject to delivery outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, as well as in Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba, the delivery and collection fees are 4,400 JPY (tax included) each. This does not apply to every address or venue within those regions.
Deliveries between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM incur an early morning delivery fee of 2,200 JPY (tax included), and collections after 10:00 PM incur a late-night collection fee of 2,200 JPY (tax included).

How to choose colors, motifs, and lettering
First, decide on the main color and atmosphere
It is helpful to have your primary colors and desired atmosphere in mind, such as "I want blue as the focus with silver accents" or "I want a soft atmosphere with pink and white."
If you are sending reference images, please specify which elements (colors, balloon shapes, overall volume, etc.) you would like to incorporate. We can also provide information regarding color changes or adding balloons to existing products based on your requests. The range of possibilities depends on material availability and production requirements.
Choosing motifs like hearts and stars
Let us know the shapes that fit your image, such as wanting heart-shaped balloons or incorporating star motifs. When adding balloons, it is also necessary to confirm whether the total height and width will fit within the venue's size restrictions.
Adding names or messages
On the Angel Heart Flower Stand product page, you can select lettering options at 1,100 JPY for one line, 2,200 JPY for two, or 3,300 JPY (tax included) for three. The conditions are a maximum of 15 characters per line and a maximum of 3 lines.
If you select lettering, please enter the text in the "Name Plate / Panel / Balloon Content" field in your cart, clearly indicating which text goes on the first, second, and third lines. Please double-check the spelling of names and any numbers.

Venue rules to check before ordering
Before deciding on a design, please check the following items in the official guidelines for the performance or event:
- Are flower stands accepted?
- Are balloons or your desired decorations allowed?
- Size restrictions (overall height, width, etc.)
- Date, time, and location for delivery/setup
- Is collection required, and are there designated collection times?
It is important to check the specific regulations for the event, not just the venue's general guidelines. If you are unsure about any acceptance conditions, do not finalize your order without checking with the event organizer.
Placement location is at the discretion of the venue and organizer, and we cannot specify or guarantee a location. Because balloons are affected by the installation environment, temperature, and humidity, please inform us of any conditions regarding the installation site in advance.

Ordering from existing products

- Enter the necessary information on the order screen, including the delivery destination, requested delivery date/time, and requested collection date/time.

When should I order by?
The standard online order deadline is 5 days before the delivery date. If you have specific color, lettering, or panel requests, please consult with us as soon as you have the details, rather than waiting until the deadline.
Our User Guide lists a priority production fee of 3,300 JPY for orders of ready-made products placed 4–5 days in advance, 5,500 JPY for 1–3 days in advance, and for custom-made products, 5,500 JPY for 4–5 days in advance and 8,800 JPY (tax included) for 1–3 days in advance. Orders placed 5 days in advance are also subject to the priority production fee.
Depending on production status, materials, and delivery schedules, we may not be able to accept your order even if you pay the additional fee. For last-minute requests or inquiries after online reception has closed, please contact us first.
Can I take it home after the event?
As a rule, we collect all Re:Bloom rental products and decorations, including name plates and panels, that belong to our shop. Please refrain from taking them home. For the return or collection of items provided by you, please check the guide for panels and personal items.
The installation period is generally within one week. Installations exceeding one week are accepted for an additional fee of 2,200 JPY (tax included) per day. If you wish for long-term display, please consult with us in advance regarding the installation environment.
