Why is there a collection fee?
When ordering a flower stand, we sometimes receive questions such as:
"Why is a collection fee necessary?"
"Why is the collection fee charged separately from the shipping fee?"
In this article, we would like to explain our collection fee policy.

It is because we perform collection work after the event ends.
At HANA GARDEN TOKYO, our staff visits the venue after the event concludes to collect the flower stands.
We charge a collection fee because we provide not only delivery but also removal and collection services after the event.

Collection is carried out in accordance with venue rules.
We schedule collection times to align with those specified by the venue or the event organizer.
Depending on the event, collection may take place at night or after the facility closes, and we perform the removal work safely while following all facility regulations.
Please note that a late-night collection fee will be charged separately for collections occurring after 10:00 PM.

After collection, materials are reused for future flower stands.
HANA GARDEN TOKYO’s flower stands are rental products that use artificial flowers.
The collected floral materials and supplies undergo maintenance and quality checks before being used in the creation of future flower stands.
Based on our concept of "flowers that don't end with a single celebration," we provide services that are environmentally conscious.
