At HANA GARDEN TOKYO, you are not required to be present on the day of delivery. Our staff will deliver the flowers to the venue and handle the setup. Therefore, delivery is possible even if you cannot come to the venue yourself. We set up in accordance with venue rules
Flower stands are set up according to the rules established by the event organizers and the specific venue. We also handle placement and delivery procedures in strict compliance with venue and event regulations. We do not provide individual notifications upon arrival at the venue
Some customers request that we "please contact them upon arrival at the venue." However, due to our delivery schedule for the day and other logistics, we do not provide individual updates via phone or LINE upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding in advance. We will contact you after delivery is complete
Once the flower stand has been set up, we will send you a notification along with a photo of the completed arrangement. You can rest assured that you will be able to see how the flowers were displayed. You can leave your flower stand to us
