Can I take the flower stand home? | Flower Stand Guide

HANA GARDEN TOKYO's Re:Bloom items are available for rent. As a general rule, we collect all floral materials and decorative items owned by our shop, including message tags and panels, so please refrain from taking them home.

Please confirm guidelines for personal items

Panels and items provided by you are handled differently than our rental items. Please check the conditions for return or removal in our panel guide and personal items guide. If you wish to remove items at the venue, please obtain prior approval from the event organizer or the venue.

Collection for future displays

We maintain and reuse the floral materials and supplies we collect. The standard installation period is up to one week; please contact us in advance if you wish to extend this. For more details, please see our user guide.

We will send you a photo of the installation after delivery, though it may not be sent immediately upon arrival. For more information, please check our article on delivery completion notices.
