AI Expo Summer 2026 | Photo Spot Case Study

We were responsible for the production and installation of the photo spot at the "AI Expo Summer 2026."

It was designed not only as a commemorative photo spot for visitors but also as an eye-catching feature to make a lasting impression of the event venue. We placed the event logo at the center, creating a photo spot where the event name naturally appears in every picture.

For the decor, we used a base of deep green combined with flowers in shades of blue and white to create a refreshing, futuristic space. By incorporating transparent spherical ornaments and eye-catching oversized flowers throughout, we achieved a three-dimensional, impactful design suited for an AI-themed event.

The decorative elements differ on the left and right sides, giving the design a dynamic look that changes depending on the viewing angle, while maintaining an overall balance that allows the central event logo to stand out. By incorporating lighting, we created a space that enhances the textures of the flowers and greenery.

With careful consideration given to venue flow and shooting space, this project serves as a reference for photo spot production and spatial design for exhibitions and corporate events.
