We were responsible for the production and setup of the photo spot at "AI Expo Nagoya 2026."
We designed the installation not only as a place for visitors to take commemorative photos but also as an eye-catching symbol for the event. By ensuring high visibility within the venue, we created a photo spot that could be enjoyed by a large number of attendees.
The design combined a flower frame featuring red roses as the centerpiece with a gold back panel, creating a glamorous and exclusive atmosphere. The event logo was placed in the center, ensuring the event name would naturally appear in every photo.
Additionally, we featured a large panel collaboration with "Boo-chan," the official mascot of the beloved Nagoya specialty "Yabaton." This not only served as an accent for the entire photo spot but also created an inviting space that visitors could enjoy while taking pictures.
Taking into account the venue's traffic flow and photography space, we adopted a layout that easily accommodates groups. This serves as a reference case for photo spot production and spatial design for exhibitions and corporate events.
