STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for smoother, more concrete proposals.
Even rough ideas like "a certain mood" or "matching the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will responsibly collect the stand after the event.
