STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
General ideas like "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are also welcome!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower selection, color palettes, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and will also handle the setup.
We will send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5　Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
