STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is great!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Once the order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will craft every detail with precision to ensure the result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver and set up the arrangement at your specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will handle the collection of the stands responsibly.
