STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don’t have a concrete image or if it’s your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We also handle completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will carefully create every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
