STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
First, please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
Even if you don't have a solid idea yet or are unsure because this is your first time, don't worry.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea, like "I'd like an image like this" or "I want it to match the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will meticulously craft every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the collection of the stands.
