STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something with this vibe" or "I want to match the artist's world view" are OK!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the removal of the stand.
