STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
General ideas like "I want an image like this" or "I want it to match the aesthetic of this artist" are also welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will work meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the removal of the floral stand.
