STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if your vision is not yet clear or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific and smooth suggestions.
Even rough ideas like "I want an image like this" or "I want it to match this artist's worldview" are welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will responsibly collect the arrangement.
