STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if it's your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your requirements.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
General ideas like "an image like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are also welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and a price estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with great care.
We create everything with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified date, time, and venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once it is set up.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will responsibly collect the stand after the event.
