STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image or if it is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I'd like an image like this" or "I want it to match this artist's worldview" are welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will handle the collection responsibly.
