STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired imagery, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos of the finished installation.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection of the stand.
