STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear vision yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to provide smoother and more concrete proposals.
Even a rough idea, such as "something with this vibe" or "matching the world view of this artist," is great!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
