STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a solid image yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more concrete suggestions smoothly.
General ideas like "I want an image like this" or "I want to match the worldview of this artist" are also fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can accommodate fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will put their heart into creating your arrangement.
We will craft it with great attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will be responsible for collecting the stand.
