STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
First, please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
Even if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time, don't worry.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

It is helpful if you have photos, sketches, or reference images ready, as this allows us to provide more specific suggestions.
Even vague ideas like "I want this kind of feel" or "I want it to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will meticulously craft every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our shop staff will handle the collection of the stands responsibly.
