STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to reach out to us via our official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to make specific suggestions more smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want this kind of feel" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is completely fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create a completely original design based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Once the order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will put their heart and soul into creating your piece.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver your order to the designated date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos once the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the removal of the installation responsibly.
