STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
Even if you don't have a solid image yet or are new to this process, don't worry.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something like this" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We will work meticulously to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue at the designated time and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our shop staff will handle the collection responsibly.
