STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us make more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want it to match this artist's world" are great!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Once the order is confirmed, our dedicated florist will put their heart and soul into creating your piece.
We will craft it with the utmost care to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver your order directly to the specified date and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will be responsible for collecting the items after the event.
