STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a concrete idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of image" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your piece with great care.
We meticulously attend to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo once the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Removal
Our staff will handle the collection responsibly.
