STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us make more specific suggestions.
Even a rough idea, such as "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and a price quote.
We also offer fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower varieties, color schemes, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Once the order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will craft your piece with the utmost care.
We focus on every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection of the items responsibly.
