STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us provide a smoother and more concrete proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I'm looking for this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired imagery, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We will work with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the removal responsibly.
