STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Don't worry if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through a thorough consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will help us make more specific and smooth proposals.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of feel" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take full responsibility for the collection.
