STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a solid vision yet or if it's your first time.
Our staff will guide you through the process with a detailed consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's world" are welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also offer fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft every detail carefully to ensure the finished result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will responsibly handle the collection of the items.
