STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to assist you through a detailed consultation.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow for a smoother and more concrete proposal.
Even a rough idea, such as "a concept like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the arrangement.
