STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE first.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a solid plan yet or if it's your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "something with this vibe" or "matching this artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and estimate.
We can create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to refine every detail, from the choice of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will take responsibility for the removal of the installation.
