STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through a thorough consultation.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide a more smooth and concrete proposal.
Even a rough idea, such as "I'd like an atmosphere like this" or "I want it to match this artist's style," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will provide a design proposal and an estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to the balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will pay close attention to every detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the items directly to your specified date, time, and venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you photos once the installation is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take full responsibility for the collection process.
