STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm image in mind or are new to this process.
Our dedicated staff will carefully listen to your needs.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will help us provide a smoother and more specific proposal.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" is welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired concept, image, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously on every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Removal
Our staff will handle the removal responsibly.
