STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm idea yet or if it is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to listen to your needs.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to make more specific suggestions smoothly.
Even a rough idea like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" is welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, from flower types and colors to balloon and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We will pay close attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.
STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo after the installation is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
