STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
First, please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully listen to your requirements.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for a smoother and more concrete proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of image" or "I want it to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly okay!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from flower types and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will meticulously craft every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
