STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you do not have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide specific suggestions more smoothly.
General ideas like "I want this kind of look" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are also welcome!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design and provide an estimate.
We also support fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, from the types and colors of flowers to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Starts
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified location and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand afterward.
