STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Don't worry if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

It helps to have photos, sketches, or reference images ready so we can provide a more concrete proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We meticulously craft every detail to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once it has been set up.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take full responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
