STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Vague requests like "something with this vibe" or "matching the aesthetic of this artist" are also fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will pay close attention to detail to ensure the final product matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue and time, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos of the completed setup.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand.
