STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It's perfectly fine if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our dedicated staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for a smoother and more specific proposal.
Even rough ideas like "I'd like this kind of look" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are completely fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to refine every detail, from the types of flowers and colors to balloons and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Starts
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will pay attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.
STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified venue at the requested date and time, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
