[Ordering Process]
STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear idea yet or if it's your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to listen to your needs and guide you.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete and smooth proposals.
Even rough ideas like "something with this vibe" or "matching the world of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work closely with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Once ordered, our dedicated florists will put their heart and soul into creating your arrangement.
We will craft it with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it perfectly matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to your specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you a photo once it has been set up.

STEP 5 Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand afterward.
