STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Don't worry if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully listen to your requirements.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I want this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist" are perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposals
Based on your desired image, concept, and recipient information, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with heart and soul.
We will craft it meticulously to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup as well.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will responsibly handle the collection of the stand.
