[Order Process]
STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry
First, please feel free to contact us via our Official LINE.
Don't worry if you don't have a solid idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

It helps to provide photos, sketches, or reference images so we can make more specific proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea, such as "a concept like this" or "matching the aesthetic of this artist," is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create entirely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will put their heart into crafting your arrangement.
We work with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified date, time, and venue, and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.
STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection.
