STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow for smoother, more concrete proposals.
Even a rough idea like "this kind of vibe" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" is okay!

STEP 2　Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can also create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order details, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with care.
We will work meticulously on every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4　Delivery & Installation
Our staff will deliver the arrangement directly to the specified venue at the scheduled time and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos once it has been installed.

STEP 5　Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand after the event.
