STEP 1　Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE account.
It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more concrete proposals smoothly.
Even vague ideas, such as "a concept like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist," are welcome!

STEP 2　Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and an estimate.
We can also create fully original designs based on photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3　Production
Based on your order details, a dedicated florist will craft your arrangement with care.
We pay meticulous attention to every detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.
STEP 4　Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver and set up the arrangement at your specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you photos of the finished setup.

STEP 5　Collection
Our staff will take responsibility for collecting the stand afterward.
