STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

It is perfectly fine if you don't have a firm idea yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will be happy to guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more specific proposals smoothly.
Even a rough idea—such as "something like this" or "I want to match the aesthetic of this artist"—is perfectly fine!

STEP 2: Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production Begins
Once the order is confirmed, our dedicated florists will craft your arrangement with the utmost care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Installation
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue and handle the installation.
We will also send you a photo once it has been set up.

STEP 5: Collection
Our staff will handle the collection of the stand responsibly.
