STEP 1: Consultation & Inquiry

Even if your vision isn't set or you are ordering for the first time, that's perfectly fine.
Our staff will walk you through the process step by step.

Having photos, sketches, or reference images ready will allow us to provide more specific suggestions smoothly.
General ideas like "I'd like this kind of vibe" or "I want it to match this artist's aesthetic" are also fine!

STEP 2: Consultation & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and details about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We can create completely original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to refine every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3: Production
Based on your order, a dedicated florist will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it with great attention to detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4: Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver and set up the arrangement at your specified date, time, and venue.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5: Collection
Our shop staff will be responsible for collecting the arrangement.
