STEP 1 Consultation & Inquiry
Please feel free to contact us first via our Official LINE.
It's perfectly fine if you don't have a clear image yet or if this is your first time ordering.
Our staff will carefully guide you through the process.

Providing photos, sketches, or reference images will allow us to offer more concrete suggestions smoothly.
Even rough ideas like "I'd like this kind of image" or "I want to match the artist's aesthetic" are welcome!

STEP 2 Hearing & Proposal
Based on your desired image, concept, and information about the recipient, we will propose a design plan and estimate.
We also provide fully original designs based on your photos or sketches.
We will work with you to finalize every detail, including flower types, colors, balloons, and panel designs.

STEP 3 Production
Based on your order, our dedicated florists will create your arrangement with the utmost care.
We will craft it down to the smallest detail to ensure the final result matches your vision.

STEP 4 Delivery & Setup
Our staff will personally deliver the arrangement to the specified venue at the scheduled time and handle the setup.
We will also send you photos after the setup is complete.

STEP 5 Collection
Our shop staff will take responsibility for the collection.
